Don’t miss the high-level session January 27th at PMAC 2022, on how to address the converging crises of climate, environment, and health. The session is coordinated by SIGHT, together with World Health Organization (WHO), US Agency for International Development (USAID), FHI 360, BMJ, and the World Bank.

The Prince Mahidol Award Conference (PMAC) 2022 is themed “The World We Want: Actions Towards a Sustainable, Fairer and Healthier Society” and is kicking off on January 25, with seminars and discussions taking place until January 29. PMAC is the largest global health conference to be led by a low- or middle-income country and has grown to be one of the most important fora to discuss public health issues of global significance.

The high-level session, coordinated by SIGHT, “Scaling up Efforts to Address Climate Crisis and Building Forward Greener”, is moderated by The Lancet Editor-in-Chief Richard Horton hosting a group of experts and decision-makers for high-level, stimulating discussions and identifying action points promoting positive environment-, biodiversity-, climate, and health outcomes.
